GoogleAs overseas landlords we need 100% faith in our U.K. agents and Leanne and her team have been excellent. From handling viewings, to finding our tenant, with all the relevant checks, setting up the contract to managing our account ongoing they have been professional throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. GoogleAbsolutely first class service. Accurate and attractive presentation of our house on the internet sites, uploaded at lightning speed. Plenty of photographs and excellent floor plan. Mark and Ralph were both excellent at showing viewers around - pointing out features, and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAn excellent, complete service. Couldn't have asked for more. They not only did everything you'd expect of an agency - photographs, advertising, showing prospective purchasers round, etc. but organised local firm to clear unwanted furniture, took final meter readings and generally saw things through to completion. Small is beautiful. Do give them a call.

GoogleNot worth the money, overpriced our property to get the business, which I questioned several times but was reassured they where confident at that price, all started ok, but turned up with people to view without any phone calls to warn us of a viewing, when we did sell only after reducing our price to what other agents had said was a realistic price, communication with Harris Shields just stopped, when we took the for sale sign in, they had no idea who we were or the property in question, our sale took 4months to go through the solicitors with no communication from Harris Shields to check how things where progressing, never known a estate agent like this

GoogleI saw a property that I was interested in so I called Harris Shields and spoke to Beth who talked me through the process of renting. Beth kept in regular contact with me while my application was being processed which elevated a lot of anxiety about moving home, once my application was accepted, Beth advised what I needed to do, and was only too happy to answer any questions I had. All I had to do was order a removal company, Beth and Harris Shields did the rest. I can't recommend highly enough! 5 stars JohnPositiveResponsiveness

Googletruly amazing in our hour of need (moving day) we had so many issues come up with money not moving on time to the point were the removal company were going to have to go back with all our stuff and bring it back the following week. Ralph Shalom and his team helped us even to the point of if needed having a truck turn up to load our house onto it from our removal truck so we could move in the next day if it came to it ( didn't need it in the end as by the skin of our teeth we got the keys) so if your ever wonder way you need a good estate agent its because of times like this. worth their weight in gold. truly great people thanks again guys for the help that day

GoogleOur home was sold quickly due to the excellent brochure produced to promote it. We had prospective purchasers within a short time of placing it with Harris Shields. Mark Shields made us feel important and contacted us after each viewing to update us on feedback. As a result we felt in control every step of the way. Fortunately our buyer who was part of a chain was able to complete within our required period to enable us to move to an extra care facility locally. GoogleI was with another agent for years but had been recommended to use Harris Sheilds for letting out my flat and I'm so happy I did!!! Within a day of contacting them and giving them instructions my flat was advertised on the internet and within 5 days they were doing viewings for me and two weeks later have found me tenants. I was always kept updated, all staff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Seriously first class service, would highly recommend. A special thank you to Leanne who's been amazing! Will definitely use them again.

From initially taking details a buyer was found within 2 weeks, and the sale proceeded. GoogleWe've been renting a property from Harris Shields for nine and a half months and the whole process from start to present has been a pleasurable one. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with swiftly and with no fuss and they are very on the ball with the various requisites being carried out on time ie gas safety checks etc. The staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much effort for them.

GoogleThe team at Harris Shields have been fantastic in dealing with issues we have experienced with a property that we are tenants in. They are prompt in actioning anything that needs doing and I think its safe to say they have to bear the brunt of difficulties that are experienced in communicating between tenants and landlords. Throughout our tenancy they have been brilliant at communicating with us and helping us to reach resolutions to issues.
