GoogleI have sold a house through Harris Shields and they have been fantastic . Ive also been a tenant through them and they have been fantastic, very easy and relaxed to deal with. Ive had no issues whatsoever and the process of everything has been well documented and a breeze. Very professional and courteous. If i require an agent again , Harris Shields will be my go to without hesitation. Double thumbs up from me.

GoogleVery efficient, friendly service able to match potential renters with the property and landlord to ensure a better experience for all. This is especially important when using tenant find only service. The sales and rental side work well as a team and each has an overview of the others' work. For this reason I would not identify individuals for particular mention as each one could not do his/her job as well without the support of the other people in the office.

GoogleMade an appointment to view a cash only property. Sat and waited for 30 minutes before calling Harris Shields only to be told viewings had been cancelled. Gave me a pathetic story that they had sent a txt confirming the cancellation, they hadn't. Very disappointing service. I shall take my business elsewhere. Only gave 1 star so I could post this review. 👎

GoogleI rang up to enquire about rental properties, and Lewis answered the phone. He was very helpful and efficient, and I'd feel happy pursuing a rental further with him. The company has quality houses for sale and to rent, and I can't wait to look further into the property market with Lewis and Harris Shields.

They advised us well on all aspects, made an often stressful process easy, produced 7 viewings within the first week, and a buyer within a fortnight. The agency fee was impressively modest, too.
