GoogleWe bought our forever home through CPH, I found Kieron forceful and manipulating throughout the buying process. After speaking with him on one occasion, I advised we were attending a family funeral the following day and asked not to be contacted, Kieron called me and when asked what he wanted he didn't have an answer, which I found strange especially as he had been asked not to call that day. We were not informed that the property was subject to probate. The sellers advised us they were not happy with service they were receiving and things were not being relayed accurately between us and them, they even put another property on the market and didn't choose CPH!
The icing on the cake, which summed up the service we had received throughout, was collecting our keys from the office in a freezer bag with the address scrawled on a post it note from Northern Gas. If I could of given zero I would.

It is amazing the number of estate agents you ring and they don't answer the phone and/ or you never get called back. These guys give a personal service and are friendly and helpful.
(I always wonder why estate agents who don't answer the phone or call back get work, as every missed call could be a purchaser being lost!).
I actually purchased a property that they were selling and I have to say the team at CPH were quick, reliable and knowledgable.
I will be using them in the future myself for sure.

CPH Lettings department have been very helpful to me before and after the lockdown when i moved into a privately-rented flat they manage. Emma provided printed rental documents when i had no access to a printer, and had the boiler attended to immediately when the control panel was not working correctly.
Previously, Shannon, the receptionist helped me in an emergency situation when CPH was not even managing the rental property! On a Saturday morning, i lost my keys. Shannon took the initiative to contact the landlord to get permission to let me into my flat, and lent me the keys so that i could get them copied. WONDERFUL service!
Most recently, they were able to have a fire alarm company attend our building at 5am when a faulty sensor was causing the alarm to sound unnecessarily throughout the night. Lockdown restrictions have made their lettings manager face a multitude of challenges which are almost impossible to manage with social distancing and other regulation requirements. When the lettings manager has been unavailable, the CPH Sales Team have gone to exceptional efforts to facilitate communication. Thank you CPH Property!
