Special thanks to Phil who was always on hand for support & advice (he also takes the best photos in the business - the particulars he created were amazing!) And thanks to Kim (who I mainly liaised with in regards to viewings and offers) for her professionalism & enthusiasm! Was under offer and SOLD in a matter of days! On another note, I've previously rented commercial premises through Joe at CPH - and again, he was nothing but estate-agency perfection!

After deciding the time was right to sell I wanted it on the market as soon as possible. Joe came to see the house immediately and produced a superb brochure in record time! GoogleTerrible experience, I was the first person to view a property, 'to let' thus posted a letter a day after the viewing directly to the office . The 'application form thus additional information', I was told the premise I was interested in had only just gone live. 'Friday'. Monday I recieved a call from a assistant who was quite un- prof, and said , no, my application was not successful. That the owner as chosen some one else. No explanation, just a abrupt no by a male member of staff called Johny. I fail to believe the process was sufficent time for all the applicants to be discussed with the owner who was not present. I advice to be cautious of this company, who seem to praise themselves as a high standard.
