Kim and Emma at CPH have been fantastic in helping me move into my new rental property. I have struggled to somewhere to rent in Scarborough for over a month during a relocation, and Emma was kind enough to show me around my current residence without a second thought, and I moved in not long after. Kim and Emma could not have been more helpful and genuine in making sure I got in as quickly as I could, and have been there to answer any of my questions throughout. I cannot recommend CPH highly enough!

Huge thanks to Dionne from CPH for the amazing job she has done for us in finding a new home. She kept us updated along our search if any new properties came onto the market, and made sure we saw them asap. Once she had found the one we went in to buy, she liaised with the vendor and all solicitors and went above and beyond to make sure we completed when we needed to, which meant we were able to get in before Christmas with time spare for a Christmas tree to be up. Many many thanks again. Would highly recommend using CPH but especially Dionne.
