GoogleMoving from Dorset back to Yorkshire Emma did a great job finding and securing a letting property for us. Comms were first class, pictures of the property plus a video walk around gave us enough confidence to proceed with the contract without taking a 600 mile round trip to view in person. I can highly recommend the Lettings Team at CPH in Scarborough.

I have just bought my first house and CPH have been exceptional throughout especially Beth. Beth is a credit due to the business and has been amazing throughout! Beth has been ten times more helpful than my actual solicitor was. I hope I have further dealings with CPH and Beth in the future. Thank you so much for all that you’ve done.

TrustpilotCannot recommend CPH enough
Cannot recommend CPH enough. I have recently sold a property through them having had the property on the market with another agent who failed to find a buyer . I found the whole process with CPH a lot easier than with the last agent , I found the communication from start to finish fantastic and cannot recommend Alex and the team enough.

GoogleA word of thanks to the CPH team, especially Dionne, for being incredibly supportive over the last few months. As a buyer I can honestly say I have never worked with such a helpful agent - and I’ve worked with quite a few. The teams continuous accommodation of my requests and nagging to push on and get it over the line, really made the difference. Great job, well done amidst sometimes testing conversations.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
