The team were at hand every step of the way, keeping me fully up to date on all stages of my house sale. From the beginning they listened to my requirements, acted professionally, were well presented and knew how best to deal with what turned out to be a lengthy process. I didn't have to chase them to find out where we were, they proactively kept me regularly updated and then during the last two weeks, on a daily basis.. They knew and could advise me on each stage of the chain, providing reassurance through their experience, all would work out. I would highly recommend them to anyone as I can't fault the service I received.

Little did the team know what a challenge they had asked to take on, when they walked through the doors of Providence Place. Expecting to market one elegant exceptionally large house, but in fact marketing TWO just as exceptionally elegant smaller houses. They helped and learnt about the pit falls of splitting one house into two. Dealing with the planners, and authorities was a mammoth task, but they keep going, hitting one problem after another, when most other agents would have thrown in the towel, But no they kept pushing their way through all the red tape, impatient purchasers, and persistent purchasers !! Till finally after a very long year, we all made out the other side. We can not prise the team higher for their hard professional work.. Thank you POLKADOT

I had my house for sale with another agent for about 3 months before I decided to make the switch to Polkadot - and I am so glad that I did. The previous agent had made no progress with the sale of my house and gave no progress updates. Polkadot on the other hand explained really clearly how they would market the sale of my house, taking the time to ensure that I understood everything in a really friendly approachable manner. I received regular updates on viewings and Polkadot had found a potential buyer within 4 weeks. They subsequently helped me through rental of my property and finally its purchase. They remained patient, friendly, professional, helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I was happy. I can't thank them enough.

I have been so impressed with your enthusiasm and knew from the outset that you were the company I would go with, purely because you were all so keen and eager, a trait that the competition showed a great lack of. I cannot think of any way that you could improve. All that I would say is, please do not let that enthusiasm slip and become complaisant, as the other companies have. You are a relatively new company and that drive to succeed really is evident but you need to keep that up, if you do, even more Polkadot signs will be popping up all over the county, I’m sure. I have been so impressed with the speed and efficiency that the house sold. From photo’s being taken to completion was just over 9 weeks, which for me and the buyer was a brilliant result. The first 2 viewings generated 2 offers, 1 for the full asking price, excellent result. So thank you for making, what can be a very stressful time, so easy and stress free .

We had tried two other agents to sell our property with no success and very little client contact but then we contacted Polkadot. From the very outset we knew we were in the hands of an agent who wanted to sell our property. Their local knowledge of the market place and price to sell was excellent. The brochure was professional with photographs which showed off our home and the advantages of the local area. From first to last I would not hesitate to recommend Polkadot if you want to sell your property. Excellent communication and professional attitude keeping the client informed through every step of the process making the sale nearly stress free (if that was ever possible!)

Polkadot are Estate Agents that are so different from any other out there. The whole team work tirelessly with drive and enthusiasm, they are compassionate and care about their customers as they would their friends, not only did they sell our home they helped us with buying our new one (even though they were not the agents for the property). My husband and I really cannot recommend Polkadot highly enough.

These guys care about you as if you were one of their own. Their expertise is endless and their customer care is faultless. I would genuinely recommend Polkadot to anyone. They have reasonable fees and when negotiating the best deal for their customers, I feel they soon show their worth over 'cut-a-corner' options like DIY estate agencies!
