Avoid.......outright liars, typical old style Estate Agents, tell you what you want to hear until you challenge what they’re telling you then they just put the phone down and refuse to answer it when you call back!! Branch Manager is always unavailable if they exist?! They have zero customer service skills and couldnt give a flying monkeys about being caught out when the lies finally surface. DO NOT recommend in anyway shape or form. Might be cheap to use but the old saying is true you pay peanuts you get monkeys!!

I’m sorry that we sold the property so quickly before you were able to view it and therefore the situation that arose on Sunday 21st January. I have checked our records for the mobile number you gave to us when originally booking the appointment and we have electronically logged calls on 17th January 2018 at 17.08 (35 seconds) and 17.26 (23 seconds) where we left messages advising the viewing was cancelled and asking for somebody to call us back. As Office Manager, I also called you on Sunday 21st January at 15.05 even though I was not working that day and left a message (1 minute) with my personal mobile number saying you could call at any time to discuss your grievances.
Unfortunately, we didn’t hear back from either you or Paul following any of these messages.
I am more than happy to send these records over to you by email if you want to explore this with your mobile phone provider as you said you had not received any calls or messages from us. As we had previously spoken to you on this number we had no reason to believe that we would need to contact you in any other way.
Whilst I take on board your comments, I would however like to address the derogatory remarks you have made related to our staff and being cheap. It is our sellers that pay any fee due on completion, not a buyer, and therefore as you have never been a client of ours, these comments have not been made on any sort of factual basis.
I appreciate how frustrating this was that you turned up for a viewing when a sale had already been agreed before you could view and had taken time out of your day. We appreciate all feedback and pride ourselves on trying to give a good service to all, so we will learn from this experience and ensure that all cancellations are also followed up by email. David and Jenny, and all in the Polkadot team have been fantastic throughout the entire process of us purchasing our first home. Unfortunately for both the Polkadot team and ourselves, our first proposed purchase fell through after several months, to the disappointment of everyone involved. This however was where David and the team really showed their professionalism and love for the job, in order to help us find another home. As they say, these things are meant to happen, and thanks to Polkadot we have now found our dream first home! The team at Polkadot have been consistently supportive and helped guide us along what seemed like a very long journey, but we got there! Polkadot were a lovely company to deal with. From the first point of contact, to the relaxed viewings, the price negotiations and then all of the bits to completion - all of the team were excellent. They worked cohesively as a unit and whoever answered the phone could quickly access the notes for an accurate update.
My phone calls were always answered promptly and they pushed the sale through, when at times I thought it wouldn't happen. We have just moved into our home and are very happy here already. Thanks to everyone - but especially Jenny, who I had almost daily contact with - but never felt like I was being irritating! Well done team, can't think of any constructive criticism, you run a seamless operation and would recommend you to a friend without hesitation. :)

Becky went out of her way to help us find a home that was genuinely right for our family. Polkadot are estate agents who listen carefully and respond to people's needs as individuals. They stand out in a crowded, at times rather ruthless market place, because they clearly take care better care of people, both buyers and sellers. When I told my friends and family I was purchasing a home, they warned me to prepare for the worst. 'It's going to be stressful' was the main theme. Prepare yourself for nightmares. Clearly, my friends hadn't bought their homes through Polkadot - luckily, I did. From my first communication with the team, they were clear, concise and efficient. They handled every aspect of the transaction with consummate professionalism and detailed guidance, giving advice where appropriate and space when it was needed for reflection.
