The hand picked team at Polkadot live by a strict code that is centred around Our Mantra, ‘always treat people in the same way you would wish to be treated yourself.’ We won’t base our advice on what we think you want to hear, but on the reality of what the market is telling us at the time. We will deliver honesty even if it means we lose out because of it, as that’s the honourable thing to do - we would be doing you a disservice if we didn’t. The bigger picture is what matters to us. Reputation is everything and something we are willing to protect. Providing imaginative high quality marketing techniques, achieving the best possible price and delivering an outstanding overall experience is our goal. There is no room for error when dealing with people’s finances and emotions. This is something we wholeheartedly accept and understand. All areas are covered. No stone is left unturned. These guys care about you as if you were one of their own. Their expertise is endless and their customer care is faultless. I would genuinely recommend Polkadot to anyone. They have reasonable fees and when negotiating the best deal for their customers, I feel they soon show their worth over 'cut-a-corner' options like DIY estate agencies!

I sold my house with polkadot and was impressed from beginning to end and I don't say that lightly about estate agents. They went beyond their role in selling my house, kept me informed all the way through and even got a builder to check a query on the house.
