The experience in selling a property is very stressful in itself but Colette and team were on hand every step of the way! Simply the Best!

Polkadot deliver, they don’t just talk they delivered what they say they did. David Price and his team are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Fantastic from start to finish

We received glowing recommendation from friends who’d sold through Polkadot so we invited them to give us a valuation. We warmed to David from the off, and felt he was more enthusiastic and realistic in valuing the property than other local agents. The photographer was great and produced fantastic shots. From the off we had lots of viewings and we accepted an offer within a couple of weeks. From start to completion all the staff were fantastic and kept us informed of progress. Even our buyer praised the staff for their help and support whilst the solicitors dragged things on. I would not hesitate in using Polkadot again.

As a first time property seller ,I was not sure of all the procedures needed to prepare a house, how to market it,and what prospective purchasers would expect, and many other questions too. The photography appointment was brilliant with such attention to detail and the finished result was a fabulous brochure. Did everything they promised - and more!

Having had experience of several other agents in the past, I was dreading putting my home on the market. But David and his team could not have been more helpful, efficient, supportive and understanding. From the outset they did everything that they said they would - familiarised all the staff with my property, undertook all the viewings, liaised with buyers and solicitors ( and ex-husbands!) so that I didn't have half as much pressure as I expected. They were always at the end of the phone if I needed them, and offered more than the occasional reassuring pep-talk! Extremely impressed with the whole team at Polkadot Homes. Everything explained from the beginning, making the whole process stress free. Excellent brochure produced for the property with amazing photos. The house was sold on the day it went live on rightmove. To top it off, David negotiated our buyers to offer £25,000 over the asking price, and negotiated £12,500 off the house we bought. Collette and Jenny managed a tricky exchange and completion in record time - 6 weeks. They solved issues with our own transaction, and issues with transactions further down our chain, in order to push completion through rapidly. I couldn't have asked for more. David and his team set a very high bar and demonstrate "best in class" for their professionalism in the stressful experience that is moving house. From the advice that Deanna gave when we first looked to put our house on the market to the support the team gave us through the whole process until we actually moved, they were excellent. Highly recommended for what is a very stressful process!

David, Rebecca and Jenny looked after us fabulously. There were planning issues on the house we wanted to buy and they dealt with the situation very professionally and communication with all parties was first class.. Polkadot were a lovely company to deal with. From the first point of contact, to the relaxed viewings, the price negotiations and then all of the bits to completion - all of the team were excellent. They worked cohesively as a unit and whoever answered the phone could quickly access the notes for an accurate update. My phone calls were always answered promptly and they pushed the sale through, when at times I thought it wouldn't happen. We have just moved into our home and are very happy here already. Thanks to everyone - but especially Jenny, who I had almost daily contact with - but never felt like I was being irritating! If Carling made estate agents.......

We asked Polkadot to sell our house, after meeting David for a valuation and being extremely impressed by both his professionalism and friendly demeanour. I guess we took a chance, as Polkadot were competing with some well established local agents but our faith was justified as our house sold within a few days of going up for sale. While I would like to believe that this was solely down to my superb interior design skills, I am fully aware that it was in no small part due to the thoughtfully presented photographs and skilled marketing by the Polkadot team! They consistently gave us useful and detailed feedback from viewings but more than this, were pro-active in getting the right people through the door. They score massive points for continually striking the right balance between being warm, honest and approachable with a strong sense of business acumen. We really feel that Polkadot offer the whole package, they are consistent and get the job done but also have the "likeability" factor and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

A FIRST CLASS SERVICE

We recently had our property on the market with Polkadot and even though we did not sell our property through them due to part exchanging with a builder, i feel the need to leave a review, We feel that David and all of the staff at Polkadot gave a first class service to us from the very first phone call until the end.
