GoogleVery gentle and professional during the time of move in. They take very few pictures for the checkin report and handover the property to you. During the time of checkout , even after cleaning the house with end of tenancy cleaning agents recommended by them, they come up with many pictures and pin point every dots in the house which existed even before we moved in. As they hold our deposit, we really cannot challenge much. Even if you do so, they literally drag the conversation and waste our time without even negotiating the cost. Please don’t blindly believe the initial conversation and take up the property with them.

I find the staff, specially the Manager Karen Arkell extremely helpful. She always have time for my requests and believe me, I have had many. I have already decided that when I want to stop being a Landlord, because of Karen, I would put my house for sale with Leaders. Overall I recommend this branch to all present and future Landlords.

She was extremely helpful throughout, taking the trouble to find out about us and how we work so she could speak to the Landlord with knowledge about how this could work for both parties. The signing up process went relatively smoothly and was fuss free. She continues to liaise for us as Leaders are the managing agent, and comes back to me regarding any queries in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and hope to be able to use Leaders Sarisbury Green again in the future.
