Really appreciate the customer service from Julie. She's been very responsive, helpful and followed up so efficiently. I know she went out of her way for us in her own time. My daughter was really impressed with the viewing taken by her aswell. Again she went out of her way to give my daughter information on the local area and she really appreciated the time and information she gave her. Definitely recommend. Horrible narcissistic company! We rented a property for 12 moths. They are trying to bill us for hairline crack running under the tap on a basin sink. They are questioning me and my partners integrity. We have not damaged that sink. We belive it's down to age of the sink. The sink even has a 25 year warranty more to the point they are trying to bill us for corroded taps ontop of the so called sink "we apparently damaged" when I handed the keys back in. The horrible vile lady (Elain Sarisbury green branch) said to me this is when the fun begins and said oh don't worry we don't want to take any more money from you. Ha yeah right. Crooked stay well away no respect for anyone. Please do not deal with this company. further more regards to this bloody sink There is not adequate photos in the inventory to confirm that there was damage there or after. Even tried to bill us for damaged kitchen worktop that was in the inventory. Leaders are the definition of corrupt! Good riddens!!!

Hi Stephen, we’re really sorry read your comments and learn that you’ve been dissatisfied with the service you have received from us at the end of the tenancy during the deposit release process, we try to offer as much assistance and support as possible to our tenants at any point during their dealings with us but really regret that you feel you haven’t received this. The proposed deductions that have been put forward to your deposit have been calculated from quotes obtained for works needed and compensation amounts due for damages after comparing the inventory report conducted at the beginning of the Tenancy with the check-out report produced at the end; the check-out report identified several items which were deemed to fall under the responsibility of yourselves as tenants. We didn’t intend to question your character or integrity when these were put forward and while I can appreciate why you may disagree with them it can be noted that we have to put forward these deductions on behalf of the Landlord as we are instructed by them to do so. if you do not wish to agree to the proposed deductions that have been put forward then you’re able to raise a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) using the details on your Tenancy Deposit Protection Certificate, if a dispute is raised the TDS will then impartially adjudicate over the release of the deposit; it can be noted that tenants only have a 90 period after the end of the Tenancy to raise a dispute and therefore if you wish to do this we would recommend doing so at the earliest opportunity if you haven't done so already. We really regret that you feel the level of service you’ve received hasn’t been up to the high standards expected of us and we’d like to offer our apologies for any disappointment caused throughout your experience. I can not say enough good things about the entire Leaders operation at Sarisbury Green. All the staff are highly professional and they all provide great service based on a wealth of knowledge. Supporting her team is Karen, who sets the highest of standards and who leads the organisation by example. Leaders at Sarisbury were highly recommended to us by a neighbour who has rented with them for 15 years.
