From the minute the property I have rented became available Julie Salmon from Leaders has been absolutely terrific, she has kept me informed right up the the keys being handed over about what I needed to do & who to contact & what to sort out etc. The service I have received from Leaders has been very professional & I have had absolutely no problem dealing with the staff at Sarisbury Green branch & I have now moved in & happy in my new home ! I would recommend Leaders to anyone looking to rent a property they are excellent & I would like to thank Julie Salmon in particular for helping me move into my new home. I cannot recommend Leaders at Sarisbury Green enough especially Julie. She was able to help me find a property to rent that suited my requirements. Julie then assisted me through every stage of the process explaining everything to me clearly and concisely. She was always happy to answer my questions and would get back to me when she said she would. The team as a whole seem to work well together and they are all always polite and courteous. Karen and all her staff at the Sarisbury Green office are highly professional, knowledgable and very personable. As new landlords, we didn't know what to expect - but any doubts, worries or queries we had at the initial setting up stage were dealt with and competently answered very quickly. Some months down the road, we are still very happy with the efficient, friendly service and we certainly feel we wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. I can’t even begin to explain the stress leaders have put us through and continue to still put us under stress despite leaving their property months ago. Our tenancy should of ended in December but due to Leaders incompetence our tenancy was pushed to March. Admittedly it is our fault for not checking the tenancy agreement so we was forced to pay loads of money just to get out of the property that was a huge health and safety risk. Not only that, I was forced to have a number of people in my house for viewings because they could not wait a week for us to move out. I am a high risk for Covid as I tried to explain. DO NOT fall for their “no deposit scheme” it is an absolute scam and they will force you to pay the landlords end of tenancy cleaning. They let out properties with far too many problems and will not do anything to rectify it and continue to support landlord who do not care about the state their properties are in. I am profoundly deaf and can only speak via email or text and I have dealt with nothing but rude emails from the manager Karen who conveniently resulted in us having to be forced to pay for the landlords end of tenancy cleaning! We also have videos evidence of how we left that property. Leaders do not care about their tenants whatsoever, they only care about the landlord and the money. If you can, steer clear!!! Also when they show you the property around they beg you to leave them a good review on Google cause they have a “meeting coming up soon with the manager” but once you move into that property best believe they don’t care about you.

Julie helped us with viewing our house and was nothing but kind and lovely, extremely helpful as it’s our first time renting and is very professional. She’s made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do and what the next steps to take were through the entire process, and even went that extra way to assist us as we both work nights.
