Our point of contact in the lettings team was Lesley Meehan and she made the process much smoother than we ever anticipated. If we had any concerns or queries, Lesley would always be there to address them and put us at ease. GoogleI used to live in Hazelwood student Village until May 1st, with a contract with Smith & Butler. 3 days before leave the flat, the people from the company, especifically Niall, said us that the depposit that we gave at the beggining (€700 in September 15th aprox.) would be returned a couple of days after leave the flat. In April 9th he sent me an email asking for the bank details. 5 days after I sent him the details, but he never answered my email. Today (June 5th) I'm still waiting for the depposit, and I've sent a lot of emails to Niall, and he has never answered me. I'm very disappointed because I trust in the company, every month I paid the rent on time and achieved with the contract, but Smith & Buttler has not respected me. The minimum is answered my emails.
Hi Cristian, your deposit is held by your landlord Hazelwood Management Co and we do not hold your deposit. The property manager on site (Niall) is responsible for returning your deposit.

GoogleAn agency to be very careful with. They hold back deposits for no reason. I am still waiting for my deposit to be paid back and the only reason they have provided is that my landlord is holding it back. They just don't care if I need it to rent another place. Very sad.

No comparison in the level of service or the price I received in the end. It a true saying "you get what you pay for". Would highly recommended this company. Their service was second to none.

GoogleA first class professional job done in selling the property, Mr. Butler was particularly sensitive to the fact it was a family home and was incredibly patient in waiting for the whole probate process and supporting the beneficiaries in their decision making process. I would have no hesitation in recommending his company.

GoogleWe've had some issues to say the least. A dispute over damp issues and the agency didn't present all the evidence. They are good when the going is easy but when there were difficulties I was still left sorting most of it and the damp issues only got resolved when I took over.
