We used Smith and Butler on the purchase of our new home.. Danny the proprietor was very easy to deal with and very straightforward on every aspect of the sale... I was actually amazed that every time I had a query danny the owner found the time to answer me directly and almost immediately on every occasion.. Danny and his team were extremely helpful through the entire process of purchase from start to finish (and beyond). Danny was very helpful with answering our questions and ensuring a smooth process. If you have a problem or need a question answered, they will deal with it immediately, or seek further clarification and revert to you.
