It was clear that Danny had both parties' interests in mind during dealings with him and his team, ensuring a satisfactory sale all round, which must a hard thing to manage for someone in his role. In all dealings - from the transparent online bidding system to each phone call & email - the guys in Smith & Butler were upfront and decent, which is a rare attribute in their industry. Highly recommend Danny and the team at Smith&Butler. Communication was second to none (texts and emails were always responded to in a timely fashion, even when outside of working hours which we really appreciated). We felt like the Danny was on our side and fighting our corner at all times and he was a pleasure to deal with. We were accommodated with additional viewings when we asked, without any hesitation and every query (no matter how small) was followed up and responded to. Great experience with Danny and team from Smith & Butler Estates. Professional approach, fast communication and responsiveness to all queries I had around the property before and after the purchase. Accommodated several viewings later in the evening or on Saturday, which I really appreciated. The process was long enough, with queries back and forth between the solicitors, but there was no added pressure from the estate agent.
