GoogleHave been dealing with Danny in Smith and Butler for the past 4 years as an accidental landlord , they were fantastic and managed everything for me from getting tenants to redecorating. They made it all so easy . Danny also sold my property this year and again they did everything for me . I can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThere are many staff, but they still make many mistakes They list a house in daft and delete it after few minutes, they list it by mistake or something else!!!!!!!!!

Yasser, the property in Kinsealy which you are referring to had over 150 emails and many calls in less then 1 hour. As you can appreciate, keeping the advert online wasn't an option due to the volume of inquiries.

GoogleA truly marvelous and professional experience from start to finish. I was dealing with Danny Butler for the sale of our house in Santry. He kept me updated from start to finish every step of the way, hence there was no surprises when it came to the final closure. He tolerates no messing, time wasters and got to say is straight up. He provided some excellent advice and useful tips that assisted with the sale of our house. We had the opposite with experience with another agent whom I would categorically say stay away Movehome, totally the opposite experience to what Danny provided us with. The other Agent even said they sold our house, which they didn't. As one might say Fake News. It was wonderful to have finished with a positive experience and both sides being happy, buyers and sellers. Cheers Danny a 5 🌟 Experience
