I have dealt with Smith Butler for the last 5 years. As a default landlord they took all the pain and stress out of managing my property. Their customer service was second to none, I was always kept up to date with any requests and always given sound and honest advice. I was lucky enough to be able to sell that property in Jan. The deal wrapped up in a couple of weeks and again I found Danny and Jamie great in giving practical and realistic advice.
