Highly not recommended. rescheduling 3 times the viewing . Nobody came to show me the apartment as we scheduled date for 3rd time already . After call got message that my viewing is cancelled. Maybe u guys have time to waste but other people has life and work to manage . Simple text would solve the problem . Rather than ignoring and disrespectful people .

We decided to sell our home in July 2020. Having invited 4 other Estate Agents to provide their opinion and valuation on the house, we chose to go with Smith and Butler. Danny was different from other estate agents as he valued the house for what it was worth and not based on the area, we lived in. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process, always available to take a call and provide advice. He works extremely long hours, and even made contact during parental leave, to keep us updated regarding the sale. Within three weeks of putting the house on the market we were sale agreed.
