GoogleI have been impressed with the professional and prompt service provided by Elisha Williams, in particular. She guided me through the process of renting my house out, making the experience much less stressful for me. I had excellent and timely communications with her which enabled a smooth transition from beginning to end.

GoogleI have recently moved into west bromwich and i was lucky to have met the amazing team at Paul Dubberley. The team was extremely accomodative and were ready to answer all my questions. I recommend their amazing team to anyone moving into the area. They have a very professional attitude and they will most certainly make everything very easy for you. Its not what it use to be. Pd has no more standards. Massively overpricing its properties. Pd Auction style bids with fees in excess of £5000 on properties already overpriced. Once upon a time Paul Dubereley were decent, it's a real shame!

GoogleWorst customer service. One line sentence will be spoken nearly 100 times assuming us as we are incompetent. They need to learn what is customer service and how to speak with landlords who actually pay their salary. This branch needs to have new staff if they want to survive.

GoogleMajority of the staff were nice and polite however abbie lacks people skills, has no manners and clearly has some personal hygiene issues. Myself and my husband said how of putting it was to speak to someone who smells of raw fish.
