GooglePaul Dubberly, is simply the best. This is my first time renting a house in the UK. Shamila, was there to help us out. She is absolutely a good listener, her communication and response was extremely good. I give her a 5 stars for her customer services. I never regret using them.

GoogleHardly ever answer the phone, how can they let out a property for me if they never answer the phone to prospective tenants? Had issues with paperwork in the past too. Gone elsewhere this time round to let out my flat.

GoogleThere are no words to describe how helpful, kind and wonderful the team at the great bridge office have been. From day 1 of the whole house buying process to getting the keys, they have been with me every step of the way. A massive thank you to Amy, Dan and Jayden who have been patient with my continous calls and emails and as keen as us with the whole house buying process. They truly do go above and beyond for you and make your experince less stressful- also keeping a very active 3 year old toddler occupied whilst we were with Dan!! GoogleWell I have to say is that I am beyond impressed with the team at great bridge in particular Jaydon on sales. I put my house up for sale with him and after a very smooth and interesting 1st meeting with him he understood that I needed my hand held throughout this sale and this is what he has done. Not only has he secured a sale for me he has kept me informed at every stage he has made me feel at ease and i would highly recommend him and the Great Bridge branch to handle every sales and lettings. he was professional, understanding and informative. I am a single parent who works full time so taking time off or doing viewings would have been a problem but there was non he has shown that house selling is easy and less stressful than i could ever have imagined. I am hoping in the next few weeks the sale will be completed after a short time and I thank him and the team from the bottom of my heart and i am looking forward to using your service again. Jaydon does deserve to be recognised for his hard work and termination to help me with this sale and again thank you .

GooglePaul Dubberley in Tipton is one of the greatest Estate Agents in West Midlands. Just recently, I got my first home through their branch. Nicky (Sales Negotiator) helped a lot through this process, especially finding a professional solicitor and arranging the viewings and going through all the paper work. GoogleI was having a lot of trouble securing a mortgage due to the nature of my work , Anthony Brooks , mortgage advisor , couldn't have helped me more , sorted my mortgage and insurances out , made the whole transaction " pain free " , explaining everything along the way so I was always aware of what was happening at every stage of the process . communication was top . I would 100% recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a mortgage

GoogleWe bought our first house using Paul Dubberly in Great Bridge, which can be a daunting experience when you know nothing about the process like us! Anthony was amazing and talked us through the process from start to finish and did all the chasing. If we had any questions he would answer them honestly and gave us realistic expectations on when we would complete. GoogleFrom the moment I spoke to everyone at Paul Dubberley I felt reassured. From valuation to mortgage advice to help throughout the whole journey from deciding to sell / purchase through to completion. Everyone was professional and friendly and Id fully recommend. The only negative experience was we used their recommended solicitors; Talbots. They were unbelievably poor. Id definitely use Paul Dubberley again but without Talbots.
