whole team efficient and friendly but I must give a special mention to Paige who, new to the job, has certainly proved herself. She has been an enormous help, especially with my novice computer skills, and her patience has been very much appreciated.

GoogleThe communication is poor due to understaffing. We used their tenant find service and they got it wrong first and nearly let property to a person in Scotland who was a specialist in sub-letting and the on second attempt found us a tenant. They collected the deposit and first month's rent and have not paid our monies over to us after 2 months. Currently commencing legal proceedings. We would not use this company again and would advise landlords to avoid them . Very disappointed.

Atrocious Customer Service. Sadly, it seems my experience of Paul Dubberley echoes the other review on this site. I initially contacted Paul Dubberley six weeks ago as I had seen a property advertised with them I was interested in. My wife and I went to the office and made an appointment for two weeks ago. We arrived for the appointment only to be told that the appointment wasn't a 'real appointment' as it hadn't been confirmed and the relevant person was finishing early on that day, so, an appointment was made for to-day (11/6/22). In the interim, my wife and I decided not to go ahead with Paul Dubberley (I think it is understandable that we have concerns after the initial experience). I have tried to call the office three times this morning and the call has just rung out, so, I have no idea whether anyone is even in the office to-day. When we were last in the office, the property we were interested in was pictured in the window under the caption 'New Instructions', when we enquired about this, we were informed that the 'Vendor had accepted an offer' and this happened 'in the last few minutes. Although this may have happened, I think we should put this against a reality check. Finally, I found out about Paul Dubberley the government's website; I am not sure if Paul Dubberley have a government contract, but, I would hope for a higher standard of due diligence from the government.

GoogleI've come across alot of agencies and i would say this one would be the best, my partner was dealing with everything, with Dan fowler (apologise if ive spelt the name wrong) But he made our process stress free which you need on buying a house, recommened a mortage company and solicitors which saved us alot of time, were still in process but hopefully it will be done soon, i will update once it has been finalised thank you so much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWhat should have been an exciting experience turned into an unpleasant one. Christian who was dealing with me made things difficult for me. From start to finish. I found him condescending and very pushy towards me. On the day I was to get my keys I was waiting in my car for 4 hours. I would not want anyone to go through what I did. I would never use this agents and will be telling my friends and family the same.NegativeProfessionalism

WOST COMPANY EVER! I have been calling them countless times to view some properties and they tell us the property is already sold (strangely some of the properties are already sold when its been just posted) or there are no viewing available. After few days when we have to call back (because they don't bother calling you back when the viewing are available) they tell us that the house has been sold! Some of the staff is very arrogant and have no manners to speak to their customers, its like they hate when someone calls them to book a viewing, like I am sorry but you chose to work here! i even had times when they don't pick up the call on purpose because they recognise m phone number. So I have to continuously call them so they pick up my call. As well, they show the good properties to the people they prefer, which is unfair and injustice for other people. AVOID THEM !
