GoogleI had really bad experience with this estate agent. They just smile to you until you don't pay the charges. Once you pay they stop reply your emails, make faces when you visit for enquires or even say you in a phone call that you was unfortunate to had all this circumstances. I lost my 1 year just waiting for a property At the end i got a reply saying its your choice to stay or leave .No communication at all. I think i trusted them too much .I will not recommend at any cost. unfortunately i have to give this bad review !

GoogleYesterday my Brother in law visited the West Bromwich branch to inquire about a letting, the member(s) wouldn’t let him in, instead preferring to conduct business outside the premises in the cold. My Brother in law is in his seventies and recently lost his wife my sister to cancer, he wanted a fresh start as he no longer wanted to stay in the house they shared for 44 years. With money in the bank, I suggested he visit Connells to talk about a property id seen online, my mistake he won’t be going anywhere near them again. What a way to treat a potential customer. In conclusion if you decide to visit them make sure you have a coat, brolly, and a flask.NegativeProfessionalism
