GoogleHaving recently used the lettings agency of Stephenson Browne in Sandbach to let our our property I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very start of the process I found Debbie, Jo and Alec to be very efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. They were always happy to answer my (numerous!) questions and guided me, as a novice, through the letting process. Big thanks to all the team!

GoogleThis was a complicated rental process involving relocating 2 elderly tenants from France to the UK. Debbie, Jo and Jennifer at Stephenson Browne have been absolutely amazing the entire way with their understanding and compassion. They've been so helpful and kind and we couldn't have asked for a better service.

FacebookWe sold our house using Stephenson Brown recently and we were very impressed with the service we received! Upon discussing our house sale, within 1 week the photos had been taken, the house was online and the for sale sign was up! 3 weeks later we agreed our sale! Communication and organisation was great throughout. We would definitely recommend!

GoogleHad a painter round to paint a tiny square patch below the stairs no more than a 5 minute job it took him an hour and half! Stephenson Browne didn't tell us it would take that long as a result my partner was late for work communication is clearly an issue avoid like the plague!.

GoogleReally helpful, informative and regular communications throughout the process of renting the property. Allowing me to enter the property to take measurements the week before moving in was a huge benefit to me.

GoogleWe moved into our new home two weeks ago after being involved in a very long and difficult chain with many twists and turns!! Stephenson Browne couldn't have been more helpful and Alannah in particular went out of her way in chasing the other agents and solicitors involved to resolve the numerous queries!

GooglePoor, little communication asking us for what to do next, constantly conflicting advice, viewings that don't materialize. AVOID don't waste your time and effort like I sadly did would rather rate negative but 1 star is the lowest I can give.
