Looking for a new house to rent had been such a difficult and complex process for us until the staff at Stephenson Browne got in touch with us after our inquiry on one of their listed properties. They made our search for a new house to rent so much easier right from the house viewing to when we eventually moved into our new home.

Stephenson Browne Ltd, Sandbach made the process of moving into my new home straightforward and they were happy to guide me, and to give me good and honest advice. The staff have been responsive and supportive from enquiry to moving in, and continue to be so now that I have moved into my property and I am settling in. From the very first contact they have been patient, courteous, helpful in everyway. I must have spoken to three people in the organisation and all of them were delightful. They new exactly who I was and what case they were dealing with. I don't think I heired the expression "Bear with me" once. Joanne and Jen have been very helpful and I think there was one other young lady who kept me on the straight and narrow. I'm not very good with names - have difficulty remembering my own!

We bought a house through the Sandbach office of Stephenson Browne this year and had such a positive experience with them that we wished we had sold our old home via them too. We spoke to Alannah and Paul throughout the process, both of whom were polite, professional and helpful. Their communication was excellent, which is something that was sorely lacking with our own estate agent. I would not hesitate to recommend them and they would certainly be our first port of call in the future if we look to sell our house.

My son suggested that I should use Stephenson Brown to handle the sale of our house.I am so happy that I followed his advice.I was kept informed at each stage of the process and they ensured that I received feed back after viewings.A really professional and friendly attitude. Achieved a sale at the asking price after three weeks-can't ask for better than that.

The company staff are friendly and responsive to queries.
