GoogleFrom the start of my experience with Stephenson Brownie I have always had a professional, competent and very personal service. All requests for viewings were quickly acknowledged and supported by follow up emails confirming the appointment details, and who I would be meeting. Once a property was found and the application process was commenced, I was kept fully informed of the forms and information required and guided how to complete and forward all the required details. The handover was completed simply and easily, but the support has not ceased there. Any queries and questions since move in date have been handled in a very friendly but professional and competent manner. GoogleExceeded all my expectations - Fantastic !! All the staff were fantastic and I could not have wished for better service. They were realistic but positive about our valuation, sold it well and supported us through some inevitable ups and downs. Hugs and empathy when one buyer pulled out, but quickly followed by optimism and sold again in just a few days. They kept on top of chasing our solicitors and spotted details when our solicitor made minor errors. Absolutely nothing to fault them on - Highly Recommended !!!!

GoogleI always use the team at stephenson Browne for my sales and rental properties. Always receive good advice, having used them twice in the last couple of years to sell my own home and over the last few months I had 3 rental properties to bring to the market, after taking advice from Paul & Debbie and after completing a few touches to present the properties to their best, we succesfully rented all 3 propties within a short timescale at my desired rental values and great tenants too. I would highly recommend, great service.

GoogleAll the staff at the Sandbach branch are excellent. We found them all to be very helpful and prepared to go the extra mile in order to keep things moving. In particular the help Debbie gave us was invaluable. Having experienced weeks and weeks of very slow conveyancing from the solicitors we were using, Debbie intervened both with the seller and their solicitor and by doing so everything was agreed within a very short period. Without her assistance the process would certainly have been prolonged.

GoogleFantastic, reliable and trustworthy staff who made selling our property a lot less stressful than it should have been given we had to endure months of incredibly poor service and communication from our buyer's solicitors. If you're looking to sell and don't want to be in a position of having to chase your estate agent for updates, I highly recommend Stephenson Browne because they went above and beyond for us.

FacebookHave used Stephenson Browne twice now and from start to finish the service has been top class! The staff were extremely knowledgable and friendly and both times our houses have sold promptly. The communication we had with them throughout the whole process was great - phone calls were always returned and we were kept fully in the loop as to the progress of our house sale at all times. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

GoogleNeeded a 3 month rental while between properties and Debbie, Jo and Alec came up with the ideal place. They were professional and on the ball all the time and, more important in my view, really nice to work with. How often do you just pop in to an estate agents for a chat? I would wholeheartedly recommend them for sales and lettings and their new letting office in Sandbach makes it very easy to begin.

FacebookI used Stephenson Browne to sell my property and to buy a new property recently. From start to finish, I found them to be honest, friendly and reliable. Any questions that I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. Excellent advice was given throughout the whole process, which eased the pressure of what can be a stressful process. I would certainly use them again and recommend them looking to buy, sell or let a property.
