We used BJB in Sandbach to sell our home. We had a number or agents come and value our property but when George walked in with his positive attitude and honest valuation we were excited to sign the contracts and begin the process. After a few viewings, it didn’t take long for BJB to find our buyer. We experienced numerous issues with our chain causing delay after delay. Melissa’s communication and hard work really helped in resolving the issues. She absolutely went out of her way above and beyond to ensure our home finally exchanged and completed. Would highly recommend if you want an agent that genuinely cares and provides impeccable communication.

Not interested at all. Didn’t verify Facts.

Wanted a view a property in Cannock area. Told no, as only can view if I’ve sold my house. I am buying with my mother who is a cash buyer. But they didn’t even ask this. Just assumed that we were not in a position to buy and had two homes to sell, and therefore not viable. I had lost interest at this point as the Only thing they were interested in was then coming to value our properties. Drumming up more business. Poor service and a possible lost sale which is a shame.

All at BJB are a pleasure to deal with. Natasha particularly has been so helpful and pleasant in all communication and her customer service is excellent. All queries were answered almost immediately, we have been kept well informed throughout the whole process. Should we ever need to use an Estate Agent again we would use BJB. The property took around 10 months to get to final completion, due to one buyer messing around for 4 months, finally dropping out. The house was remarketed very promptly and then the next buyers had the chain collapse on them. Eventually they did manage to get to a position where they were able to complete. All through out, the BJB team led by Natasha relentlessly chased after what information could be gleaned from the other side. I was kept informed throughout of progress. It was a long haul, but never once did they slack off until it was all over. I can highly recommend BJB as estate agents and if I was to sell again, I would not hesitate to go through them once more. All in all, I am very pleased with all involved at BJB's Sandbach office.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Butters estate agent. They failed to communicate with me about the progress of my property sale, ignored my phone calls and emails, and redirected me to a head office that never returned my messages. They also recommended a conveyancing solicitor that was shut down by the CLC (Council for Licensed Conveyancers) the day before I was supposed to move. Butters did not inform me of this situation and I had to take time away from work and waste my time and money to visit their Hanley branch in person because they wouldn't answer my calls. This has caused me a lot of stress and frustration and I do not recommend them to anyone.
