GoogleThis estate agent are the biggest load of cowboys Iv have ever met. And the biggest liars to walk the planet. They have stuck to nothing. The properties are supposed to be checked by so call professionals joke. From the word go. We had to call the emergency gas. And they found fatal levels of carbon monoxide from the fire. And high levels from the gas cooker. Which was causing dizziness and feeling unwell. Now the fire has been condemned and still not fix. But it’s on the contract. The fridge has never worked which was on the contract. So we had to buy one. Leaking shower through the ceiling not done. Boiler is a total pain and most the time fails to work. And lot more problems. We have had endless phone calls and they have not corrected one job. We are pensioners and this has been going of for about 7 months. This property is over 800£ a month.This property in hind Heath lane is a total joke along side butters. They took the money a ran. They would have more success running a circus. With them being the clowns

Disappointed is an understatement to hear that BJB have taken money from the charity TWOCO for a property not fit for purpose. I urge other members of the public to think twice before using the services of BJB lettings and I also urge BJB and the landlords to work with the charity to refund their money promptly.
Dear Lewis, Thank you for your feedback, which we believe to be in response to a recent social media post. For clarity, we would like to highlight that this is connected to the letting of a commercial retail premises, rather than a domestic dwelling; our Newcastle under Lyme branch are in no way connected to this transaction. We regret that the tenant doesn’t feel the property is fit for purpose. We are working with the tenant and the landlord to come to a solution but as the contract is signed the decision rests with the landlord. Unfortunately, due to Government imposed restrictions, we were unable to offer an in-person viewing and sent the tenant a short video of the property which was recorded prior to lockdown. The tenant ultimately made the decision to sign the lease, having had the time and opportunity to have this reviewed, and paid the rent for the first year in its entirety in advance; this was not a requisite of the letting but rather a decision made by the tenant. It's an unfortunate situation and we’ll continue to work with both sides in an attempt to come to a satisfactory outcome.bjb Commercial team.

Very friendly and efficient team. Special thanks to Jan for her patience in what turned out to be a long conveyancing process. Couple of niggles with the accuracy of the room measurements and prospective buyers saying it was difficult to book a viewing via email but otherwise the service was excellent and good value compared to other high-street agents.

Another awful experience with BJB! We are selling a property through another Estate Agent in Sandbach. Our property was only listed on Friday afternoon yet first thing on Monday morning pre-10am, I received a call to enquire whether we were happy or wanted to change supplier.

Avoid this dreadful agency Having purchased a house through this estate agents…I use that term loosely, I can advise they are the most unprofessional and ineffectual employees of a company, that I have ever come across.I’ve bought and sold a lot of houses, yet have never felt bullied and harassed as I have felt throughout what should have been the most simple straightforward purchase of a house, even told I could be gazumped! If you thinking of selling through them, can I suggest you don’t give any personal information to them, as confidentiality is not a strong point either I lost count of the number of times the phrase “due diligence” was used as an excuse for their constant messages, yet on what should have been exchange day they hadn’t the correct ID in place for their client, basic ID, delaying the exchange for several days Please don’t go through what I’ve been put through For your own peace of mind Avoid Avoid Avoid
