Having not bought a house for about 50 years we were a bit rusty with the procedure but Matt saw us through every step of the way. He kept us regularly updated and nothing was too much trouble for him. He returned our phone calls and e-mails promptly and liaised with both sets of solicitors. GoogleReally disappointed with the way they have handled us, booked in a viewing and they did not have the decency to tell us it was cancelled due to having to close the office, I had to chase them. Asked to be contacted as soon as they were able to re open, they did this a couple of weeks after they had opened, to arrange a valuation and then proceeded to book a valuation without consulting his colleague so now they have had to cancel. How can a job be so difficult to do? really disorganised for such a big company with so many policies and procedures to follow. Do not waste your time.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
