GoogleHaving spent a long time trying to find our 'dream home' and experiencing a range of mediocre agents it was a delight to experience the service provided by the Savills team in Salisbury. It was not just Patrick Brady who was our key contact but the whole team who surpassed our expectations in terms of securing our next family home. We were challenging clients but nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the team who did all that we asked and went the extra mile when we requested it. It seems rare these days to find such quality service and we are grateful for the team restoring our belief in caring for customers in a sincere and empathetic manner that made us feel truly supported and valued as clients.

GoogleAbsolutely woeful experience. Do not believe a word Bertie Gready on the commercial property side says. They have an inability to be transparent, regardless of how obvious the reality is. The property also had a leaking roof, something they didn't mention and you could see the fresh paint where they had tried to cover it up, which was already damp again. They also failed to follow through on 80% of the things they claimed they would do. Don't waste your time.

GoogleUnderpaid! Debbie-Anne worked tirelessly, all hours (10pm emails, not uncommon) to deliver the best service I suspect is possible from an estate agent. She is ever forthright and frank, firm when she needs to be, knowledgeable and kind. Everything an estate agent should be, and more!

He really held the deal together, throughout all of the challenges selling houses at this level requires. I truly believe that without James help during the sale it would've gone through. GoogleWe were impressed with Savills' efficiency and enthusiasm throughout the selling process despite some minor administrative errors. The agent totally 'got' Pound Cottage and the first client he introduced eventually bought the house. Keeping the process going at pace, responding to mail and WhatsApp immediately made a big difference to us and the end result was what we wanted.
