GoogleWe bought our lovely home from Savills and the whole process was a pleasure from start to finish. Sheila took us on a relaxing viewing and Matt and Debs were both a joy to deal with. Very understanding when Exchange was a bit delayed by the bottom of the chain and exceptionally friendly and kind in all our dealings with them. We cannot praise or thank them enough.

James navigated the relationship between his client and us as the purchaser with aplomb, and his dedication and expertise was instrumental in leading to the successful conclusion of the transaction. I have worked with Savills previously on several occasions both as seller and purchaser but James really did provide a stand out, professional and friendly service that merits this review. GoogleWe first met Debbie-Anne when viewing a house we'd spotted online. This wasn't the house for us but Debbie-Anne presented another option we wouldn't have found ourselves and it was perfect! Debbie-Anne was a pleasure to work with and we'd have no hesitation in recommending her as a very engaging, knowledgeable and proactive agent. GoogleJames at Savills was incredibly efficient. He was around to call on his work mobile most hours of the day, and always replied to questions within 24 hours. He was incredibly transparent and never led me down the garden path. Everything was clear and honest which is quite hard when buying a property with some many moving mechanisms!

As we had no need to move quickly in our sale, Savills ‘off market’ approach really suited our requirements and the willingness of the Salisbury team to provide a bespoke solution for us was extremely impressive and reassuring. James, Debs and Ed handled the whole process, from start to finish, with great care and attention to detail. First class marketing material, impressive use of contacts and a subtle, yet highly effective, sales pitch. We investigated plenty of other options before appointing an agent, but no one was able to even come close in terms of preparedness, innovation and, most importantly, enthusiasm.
