Absolutely woeful experience. Do not believe a word Bertie Gready on the commercial property side says. They have an inability to be transparent, regardless of how obvious the reality is. The property also had a leaking roof, something they didn't mention and you could see the fresh paint where they had tried to cover it up, which was already damp again. They also failed to follow through on 80% of the things they claimed they would do. Don't waste your time.
