GoogleMatt Orchard handled our purchase meticulously. He followed everything up, answered questions willingly and checked with solicitors of both parties regularly, keeping us informed of every step. GoogleThroughout the sale process we found the service of the team at Savills to be professional, attentive , helpful and friendly. In particular, we were impressed by the photography and thoughtful wording of the sales brochure. We also appreciated the manner in which our sales negotiator handled outstanding issues between ourselves and the buyers resulting in an early exchange of contracts .
