GoogleIt was a pleasure dealing with Matt Orchard of Savills, Salisbury who helped us with the purchase of our new home. Having not bought a house for about 50 years we were a bit rusty with the procedure but Matt saw us through every step of the way. He kept us regularly updated and nothing was too much trouble for him. He returned our phone calls and e-mails promptly and liaised with both sets of solicitors. We would thoroughly recommend Savills of Salisbury.

At least three members of the support team visited to make themselves familiar with what was a non-standard house, the better to enable them to help sell it. GoogleReally disappointed with the way they have handled us, booked in a viewing and they did not have the decency to tell us it was cancelled due to having to close the office, I had to chase them. Asked to be contacted as soon as they were able to re open, they did this a couple of weeks after they had opened, to arrange a valuation and then proceeded to book a valuation without consulting his colleague so now they have had to cancel. How can a job be so difficult to do? really disorganised for such a big company with so many policies and procedures to follow. Do not waste your time.

GoogleDebbie Anne Taylor of the Salisbury office was absolutely lovely and extremely efficient and "on the ball" when it came to us buying our house in Wiltshire. She was always happy to help, whether it was recommending lawyers or arranging rather too many viewings for various family members. We were under considerable time pressure to move in for Christmas and we managed it thanks to her and the team.
