I can only say that Matt Orchard and his team have provided the most seamless service with my sale, the speed of responses to emails or telephone calls was unheard of in these often disappointing times, I honestly can't praise the team/company enough. FROM OUR VERY FIRST MEETING, MATT PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL,GENUINE AND REALISTIC ADVICE REGARDING THE SALE OF OUR PROPERTY, RESULTING IN A BUYER WITHIN A MONTH OR SO, AND FURTHER ASSISTED IN THE SAME MANNER IN OUR PURCHASE OF ANOTHER PROPERTY.
