Having just had a successful sale of a property which was managed throughout by Jamie and Faye we can not speak too highly of their friendly and efficient service. The process was made more difficult with a purchaser having to drop out but Jamie soon found us another. He was in contact with updates frequently and liaised with us, the buyers and both solicitors. Jamie has the dogged determination to get the process completed and the fact that he and Faye are the only two people involved makes for great continuity. We would recommend this excellent and friendly company to anyone who is thinking of buying, selling or renting.

I used Oliver Chandler as the estate agents for my recent sale and purchase of property and they were absolutely brilliant. Faye and Jamie are both incredibly professional and were willing to help with any enquiries I had. They gave me a very accurate idea of how the selling process was going to go and Faye gave me regular updates on how the sale and purchase were progressing. I would highly highly recommend Oliver Chandler and will certainly be contacting them again when I decide to move in the future.

After making the tough decision to sell my property, I then had an even more difficult decision to make in choosing which Estate Agent to list with. Through experience, I knew which agents that I definitely did not want to use and this left me with a handful of options to consider. I met with 3 different Estate Agent representatives and I knew immediately after my consultation with Oliver Chandler that I wanted to use them. Not only do they have many years of experience working in the industry, they also valued my input regarding valuation, the 'process' to take in adjusting to the market and most important of all; the urgency to get my property onto the market. My property was listed the next day! Oliver Chandler gave a genuine and personal service that is lacking in most industries these days, particularly the Estate Agent business. They went above and beyond in dealing with all aspects of my house viewings, sale and purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself and favour and chose Oliver Chandler as your Estate Agent, you will not regret it.

Faye and Jamie were incredible advocates throughout, both very approachable and organised. I've recently moved house & as part of that process I selected Oliver Chandler Estate Agents to act on my behalf with regards to the selling of my property. Throughout the whole process Oliver Chandler representatives were informative, professional & very communicative on all details / information with regards to the selling of my property. In addition to the selling of my property Oliver Chandler were also helpful with advice & guidance on the purchase of my new property. In particular, Jamie Maslen (MD / Business Owner - Oliver Chandler) was extremely helpful & took 'real' ownership of the whole process of the selling & buying of properties. This is the second time I have used Oliver Chandler & if need be I would not hesitate to use them again & I would thoroughly recommend anyone who wishes to sell / buy a property to use them. To close....Exemplary customer service all round.

The Oliver Chandler team have, without exception, read (and adhered to) the. ‘Customer Service ‘ Standard Operating Procedure. Whenever I rang or popped into the office, whoever was there gave me their full attention and made me feel the were working hard on my behalf. If you value good service, a ‘can do’ attitude and professionalism this is the Estate Agent to go to.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

These guys are amazing. They went above and beyond in our house sale; they hand held, negotiated for us. They chased for our purchase and did some of the work the solicitors, all to make the move run as smoothly as possible. It was like having a high end, private estate agents for the rich and famous. I cannot rate them highly enough. If you need to sell your house in the Salisbury area, use Oliver Chandler!
