We have just purchased a property through Oliver chandler and I can not thank Faye and Jamie enough for their fantastic work. We have been house hunting for over a year so dealt with many estate agents when viewing and offering on other properties. When our offer was accepted I requested to view a further 4 times ( to measure up and just because we were excited and wanted 2nd and 3rd views) and nothing was too much trouble for them. They respond quickly, had the ability to chase very slow solicitors and without them our speedy sale would have been prolonged. Just had a great experience with Faye and Jamie finding a tenant for our rental property. Throughout the process of finding our tenants we had pretty much daily updates, genuine and honest feedback. Once the tenants were found Faye was extremely efficient and the new tenants were in within a week. We are going to carry on letting Faye manage the tenancy, she has so much experience and has confidently shown me she will do it a lot better than we would ourselves.

Highly recommended. Faye and Jamie gave us confidence from the very start with an honest assessment of the value of our house and a detailed explanation as to how they arrived at the figure. The publicity was accurate and attractive. They kept us informed as to timing of viewings and the outcomes. Our house sold in eight days. During the sale process Faye kept in close contact with the Solicitors and other Estate Agents involved in the sale and the purchase of our new house. At all times they have been friendly, professional and approachable. We have already recommended them to a couple who are good friends of ours and their property is now successfully sold, subject to contract. Valuation of the property was realistic and the advertisement was widely circulated and hard driven resulting in several viewings and a buyer within two weeks. From that point Jamie expertly project managed the detail of the sale, liaising with myself, my solicitor, my property manager and of course the buyer. There were difficulties along the route but Jamie's calm and reassuring manner kept it all on track until completion. I have no hesitation in recommending Oliver Chandler and in particular Jamie. Suffice to say, I've developed strong opinions about the various estate agents in Salisbury over a long period of house hunting. Fortunately we found Faye and Jamie at Oliver Chandler - they (and in fact, the whole team) are uniformly excellent and we've used them twice now. I don't know how Faye never got tired of my repeated phoning to ask for advice ("I'll phone Faye" became a common saying for me and my husband when we were in the most stressful weeks of our sale last year - her instincts are good). Moreover, their advice on what price to advertise was spot on, and when the first buyer fell through they found us a replacement offer within a couple of hours.

We put our house on the market in July but nothing was really happening until we switched to Oliver Chandler. They got it sold pretty quickly as they are so proactive and on the ball. Our first buyer pulled out shortly before we were due to exchange but Faye did an amazing job, pulled out all the stops and got us another offer the same day! The process went smoothly and I just can’t recommend them highly enough! They’re a fantastic team and will make you think differently about estate agents!
