The whole team at Oliver Chandler are brilliant and we received excellent service from start to finish. When Jamie came to value our home, his research and knowledge of the local market was by far the best and we felt we were in safe hands. We were impressed with the way our property was marketed, which included a very professional video, and quickly had a number of viewings with Jamie and Faye. In the course of our sale, as well as Jamie and Faye, Luke and Alex were also friendly, polite, helpful and prompt to return calls and respond to queries. Once we had a buyer, the team did a great job of keeping track of progress and did everything they could to make sure everything went through smoothly. I can't recommend them highly enough.

From the very first meeting with Jamie we knew we were in good hands, his integrity and enthusiasm shone through and he produced some great photos and a video. Faye, Alex and Luke were also great and everyone kept us updated even on bank holidays. It was a difficult sale through no fault of OC but they kept us calm and steered us to completion with professionalism and humour. All estate agents should aspire to this level, we would definitely recommend.

Jamie Maslen is simply the best estate agent I have met and I highly recommend Oliver Chandler for all aspects of real estate. Jamie recently sold my house and adjoining land, a very complicated sale for various reasons. Despite the multiple difficulties Jamie was highly communicative with all parties involved, a wise voice of reason operating way above and beyond the expectations of an estate agent. In addition, Jamie has sold properties for me previously and assisted in purchases using his in-depth knowledge. We cannot rate this company highly enough, communication was excellent throughout the whole process. After every viewing we received immediate feedback. Faye worked tirelessly on our behalf to ensure a successful outcome, when I was in tears thinking our purchase was going to fall through, Faye was sympathetic and gave us lots of encouragement, when I was in despair, a beautiful bouquet arrived on my doorstep. This is the first time that I have found myself in the position of selling a house and wasn’t entirely sure how everything worked. Faye was recommended by a neighbour and I could tell from our first meeting that she was a person that I would like to work with. Cheerful straightforward and contrary to what I had been told about some estate agents “entirely human “ She has been amazing right throughout the sale .Efficient friendly keeping me up to date at all times and on a few occasions going above and beyond her duties helping me with solicitors requests and work that needed doing. I cannot recommend Faye and her team at Oliver Chandlers highly enough. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with them. Needless to say despite one last minute hiccup the sale went through seamlessly only taking just over 3 months from start to finish. I would give six stars if I could.

Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting at Oliver Chandler made the whole process of selling my flat extremely stress free and straightforward. Jamie came to value my flat and I felt under no pressure whatsoever . Faye gave me feedback after every viewing and within a week my flat was sold at the asking price. I was kept informed every step of the way, even with a bump in the road beyond their control Faye kept going on my behalf .
