GoogleI contacted a couple of Estate Agents for valuations and Oliver Chandler stood out from the rest. Jamie gave an honest valuation and offer honest and constructive advise on how best to market the property. He went above and beyond so see the sale through and I couldn’t have asked for more. I would in a heart beat recommend anyone to use Jamie and his company. Thank you for everything!

GoogleDealt with Jamie for a while now, honest, straight talking and completely professional, you will have to go a long way to find a better estate agent. Our sale was a hard one, a very small unusual house. But we still got the perfect service and the bottom line is he sold it when other couldn't.

GoogleOliver Chandler did a great job in selling our house, from start to finish - they put a lot of energy into the initial marketing, were always on the case, and great with rapid communication when needed, keeping in touch etc . This all made it as stress-free as possible. They used their experience to identify potential problems and nip them in the bud, giving sound advice. I would certainly use them again, and would persuade friends and family to do so.

The guys were very proactive when generating viewings on the house. providing feedback each time and negotiating the right price for me. GoogleWe recently let a property with Oliver & Chandler, the whole process was very smooth and efficient. The staff were delightful, helpful and very knowledgeable on their product. Since moving in, any issues raised were dealt with quickly and without prejudice, making us feel extremely welcome. I would absolutely go out of my way to let a property from them again in the future if we needed to.

GoogleWatch out - if all is well then they are fine, but as soon as issues arise they are a nightmare. Happy to take buyers from one property and put them onto another in their portfolio if they feel the sale will be quicker. Will also lie to your face without hesitation
