TrustpilotGoadsby Eastleigh are the worst Estate Agent
Our recent dealings with Goadsby Eastleigh must make them the worst estate agents Following a reduced last minute offer from our buyers which we rejected they then decided to show them the new property which we had paid a deposit to the developer and effectively gazump us So we now have to re-market our property find another buyer and somewhere to purchase please Avoid Goadsby at all costs they are awful

GoogleJacqui really understood our needs, and when searching for a property the team didn’t send us properties that weren’t going to meet our needs (unlike some others...). We felt on the same wavelength, and were able to get exactly the advice we needed for our rental property. The subsequent letting has been very easy, the information is clear and professional, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Goadsby Salisbury to anyone.

The residential sales office was attentive and informative throughout the buying process. Jacqui and Linda in the lettings department provide a high standard of service in finding tenants with continual support throughout the tenancy. I am more than satisfied with the professionalism and performance of Goadsby.

GoogleRob, Jordan and the whole team, from start to finish were amazing! We couldn't have ask for a better group of Estate agents. I bought and sold through Goadsby but different branches. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed, each branch knew what the other was doing, I always had someone to talk to if I needed too. I could not recommend them enough!

My partner had an awful experience with Goadsby. Very quick to take her money but then it was all down hill. Customer service & communication was appalling, a culture of arrogance seems to run through the company. Luckily there are many other estate agents to choose from, which is exactly what we've done with our latest sale & purchase.
