GoogleI have been with Carter and May for many years now. From the first phone call onwards I have been very happy, everything is clear and easy. They don't have hidden costs or grey areas like their competitors. I am usually quite critical when it comes to a professional service like theirs, but these guys have been fantastic. I hope for many more years with them :)

GoogleFantastic estate agents . The three people, who have worked on my behalf Charles, Richard and Naomi have given me exceptional service. The communication and professionalism are second to none . My house was sold within three weeks and I got full asking price. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but if I ever decide to sell again, I won't shop ariund, I'll go straight to Carter & May .

GoogleHad a terrible experience - low valuations, high turnover. On the side of the tenant not landlord.

GoogleCharles recently sold us a property and we were impressed by his knowledge and quick responses to our queries. He was happy to correspond by email at my request as this worked better with my job and facilitated an easy transition to his colleague who is now arranging to let the property for us. Would definitely use Carter and May again. Claire

GoogleI would highly rate this local and independent firm of estate agents .In my opinion , they exceed the standards offered by the high street chains. I had dealings with Naomi, Susan and Charlie , all of whom excelled.

GoogleHaving just bought our first home with Ben Clark the initial feeling was good. Unfortunately there have been issues around window keys since, which were included in the contract. The process of trying to get this sorted out has been frustrating as its a safety concern for our young son.

GoogleJake and staff are fantastic, they are the best in Salisbury. Honest, professional and very friendly. No doubt the best estate agents in Salisbury. No doubt this company will spread its wings far and wide and be covering other counties soon. Great team.

GoogleGood reputation but Viewing Agent more interested in phoning friends than showing me the house. Said he would come back to me with answers to questions. Still waiting so I guess they weren't interested in selling me the house?? Very Disappointing!!!

GoogleThank you for being instrumental in selling my property when, post-Brexit, the market was not particularly easy. The service throughout was highly professional , with Charlie May and the rest of the team full of drive in pushing things forward. I will certainly recommend you to anyone in the future.
