GoogleSnug pads are a really good company if you’re looking for good student accommodation. They’re always really quick with maintenance issues and are ready to help when needed. The location of the property was really convenient for my degree at university and close to the local amenities. They always keep us up to date with things that need doing and are very quick when it comes to queries about said property or any other things related.

GoogleI don't appreciate my review being hidden, saddos. Here's probably the most honest review of Snugpads you'll read. The company is okay at best. Where we had viewed was okay and we'd viewed quite a lot of places. They all seemed safe and good cleanliness apart from the odd one or two places. We eventually found our house of 5 people and sorted it all out. The usual £50 application charge, then £200 deposit. I moved in september. The kitchen was massively outdated and had no blinds so the next door neighbours could look straight in and see anything we were doing. For a while the washing line and garden fence was also broken, meaning anyone could come into our garden. A few weeks passed and we realised we had a rat problem in the kitchen, they offered no help and told us to phone the council which charged a £40 call out without treatment. I ended up spending about that myself on poison and traps, which the company never thanked me for seen as I got rid of their rat problem. We also asked for another toilet as it was advertised a bathroom and extra WC when we moved in. There was a problem with timing when 5 of us were living there. Kindly, they arranged a second whole bathroom to be fitted. However this went weeks over the timescale promised, alarms went off hourly and once they cut through the kitchen roof which leaked everywhere onto our appliances and food. We were told "it hasn't damaged anything and they fixed it so there's no problem" fair enough pal but we didn't want a paddling pool too. It was something written into the contract but made it seem like it was our fault they were taking long because we wanted it. They had been good with repairs though, and were quick at times to respond. They also helped during Covid by stopping our bills as we all went home, so we weren't paying in full. However, the deposit was ridiculous. Charging me £15 for a ball of fluff under my bed to "clean the carpet". £15 to hoover a room is ridiculous anyway. Their charges were ridiculous, I made it known I was unhappy but they stuck. Overall, an okay company.

Very clear, organised, and quick to respond to any issues. Very much appreciated that as a tenant. If we ever have a property that needs managing I will be in touch.

GoogleAs a parent of a student renting from snugpads I can honestly say I have complete peace of mind. Repairs are carried out promptly and the property is kept to a high standard. Just carried out a leaving inspection today with Hamza. They do carry out a thorough inspection and the charges can be high but look after the property as my daughter and her house mates have and a 100% deposit refund will be recieved. My daughter has decided to rent again with Hamza at snugpads this year. Highly recommended student landlord.

GoogleHave been a tenant with them as agents for 2 years. Fantastic people. Very quick and easy to communicate with, got the couple of "wear and tear" issues resolved as quickly as possible and very easy check in and check out of the flat. Definitely recommend.

GoogleDear Raphael & Emma, Houseman Homes I’ve known you both for several years and we’ve worked together on many occasions which I thank you for. In this time, you’ve sold mums house and this time round a house on behalf of my mother-in-law. 2020 was a challenge for many and during lockdown we had to move Lauren’s nan into full time care. It was a real tough time for all. We put Daphne’s house on the market to afford the full-time care and she unfortunately passed away. 93 years old and I’m pretty sure she wanted to kick my arse. You guys were absolutely first class. From advising us all on not taking certain offers, advising buyers on future planning permission to avoid time wasters, and handling the family during their loss. All of this as well as keeping the buyers informed throughout the probate. Thank you both for this above and beyond service. For taking care of the family home in a professional and personal way, achieving a fantastic price and looking after everyone. You guys were immense. Thank you! All the best Andrew Black

We gave you the property on a Tuesday and it was rented by the Friday to the first Couple who came to see it, they then paid the deposit whilst still on the drive!!
