GoogleHamza is very personable and a good communicator with students and when checking in and out of property. Met him myself and was on time too so we were not hanging around as ready to move in and I’d travelled to help my daughter on a Friday afternoon. New accommodation could have done with a lick of paint but I guess there’s not always time with a quick move around.

Googlequick, efficient service from company. When we had a problem and reported it our issue was fixed within usually a few days. This is something other companies don’t tend to do or avoid. Even slight issues were always attended to and fixed just the same as a bigger issue.

GoogleEmma and Raphael are just brilliant! They have let my property a series of times now, quickly and to great tenants. They are such a pleasure to work with. They communicate quickly and clearly. Their advice has always been spot on. They are high quality and totally efficient with everything they do. They have also been super helpful and introduced me to fantastic suppliers to help complete refurbishment works. I couldn't be in better, safer hands.

GoogleGreat living experience. I stayed with 8 other people for a year and had no problem staying here, everything was perfect when we came in and if there were any problems whilst at the house they were sorted straight away. Excellent stay highly recommended.

GoogleRaphael and his team were very helpful throughout the sale of the property. They contacted a professional builder, roofer and electrician when we needed them and also were on hand to meet them when necessary. Excellent rates and very responsive throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Raphael and Emma and the rest of the team.

GoogleRaphael was extremely efficient and reliable. He was quick to respond and quickly and easily got out property on the market - even in lockdown. GoogleWe rented our 2nd year student house from Snugpads and were dealt with by Hamza all year. They are an amazing company to rent from: they fixed damages incredibly fast and Hamza was available to help with any problems or questions we had. We are renting with them in 3rd year too because it was such a smooth experience.

GoogleSnug pads are a great company for student to use! If you have a problem they will be there to sort it. The maintenance man Chris is very quick at coming to the house when you report a problem. Hamza is also a good property manager and good at explaining everything in the house.

GoogleJust moved out of my house with snugpads today, overall we had a really positive experience we were rewarded our full deposits back and they did the bank transfer back to my account before I left the property, the maintenance team were always super helpful and usually fixed jobs the very next day, every me ever of staff we interacted with was very helpful and friendly. There were a few issues with our house like damp and we had mice for a week when we came back for Easter. But overall our experience was very positive.
