GoogleI've been using houseman properties for the last 5years to rent my flat. They have always found tenants within a week of the last tenants leaving. Whenever there have been issues they have dealt with them quickly n effectively. Thanks for the great service I'll be using houseman properties for many years to come.

GoogleSnugpads are OK, weird they do not show up on the HMRC website...however my landlord,first name starts with an A is awful. He put the waterbill in a tenants name and refused to change it to the point the company almost filed legal action against the tenant! He also failed to fix the WiFi after being off all day, resulting in me losing a day of pay and didn't even update me with the details of what was going on...

GoogleAweful company. Will tell you you have to move out a couple days before your contract ends and when you ask them to return the money you paid for those days, they will say no because of damages to the house that weren't there and I am now not in the house to prove that! Do yourself a favor and stay in halls. Also left a review a couple months back which has disappeared. Also strange how they're not on the HMRC website...

GoogleDO NOT USE! Constant issues with our house that were not dealt with for long periods of time, broken washing machines, broken locks and leaking fridges. On top of this, at the end of my tenancy they withheld my deposit and told me they have no details as to why they did this resorting in me having to get it back through the courts This is not a big company, this is a company made up of two people, that's it, a man and his wife, who are criminals and are looking to extort as much money from students as they can. Do not use, go somewhere else, I warned you

GoogleWhen trying to sort out deposits at the end of the year they were unhelpful and told us that this had to be divided up between all tenants by myself. However we did not receive any of this deposit back and they stopped responding.

GoogleI've rented a room in a houseshare from SnugPads over the past two years and have never had cause to complain. The landlords and their team have been excellent, professional, and always promptly dealt with maintenance issues. The house itself is cleaned twice a month; and with all bills and utilities included, renting has been a hassle-free experience. This was the first room I took after moving to Manchester as a medical student and I've stayed here since. Whilst I initially had reservations about entering a houseshare for the first time, these were placed immediately at ease after I met them and viewed the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

GoogleI has been with this company for two years & their service really went down drastically. We had damp on a wall in the front room that covered it & were told that they cant replace it. We had a problem with the cooker where the oven wouldn't always light & either would a few hobs, we were told it wasn't "cost effective" to replace. After being with them for one year we decided as they were very helpful we would stay for a second. In the first summer of staying they offered half price rent for July & August. When signing the contract for the second year we asked was this still the case & the reply was yes. When it came to payment for the second summer the rent was full price and we were told "Sorry for misleading you" In parts they can be good, in others they can be shocking.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
