We did feel, though, that they rushed us somewhat & encouraged us not to do our due diligence as we progressed through the exchange, despite knowing that we are not experienced investors. I appreciate agency work is commission based, but these are not trivial sums of money! All in all, a good experience.

Dear Andrea,The Developer, Capital, have been in touch to confirm that rent will be paid in October. Due to Covid-19 the student development had to be vacated. Since then, the occupancy levels of the development has been 9%. However, we spoke with the Developer's management agency, Homes for Students, this week who informed us that the occupancy level for the academic year 2020/21 is currently standing at 77% with more bookings being taken daily. This has been a really hard time for everybody including students, universities, and rental companies but we're confident that things are set to improve.
