I never personally invested through RW Invest, but I recommended them to a close friend because I genuinely believed they were a legitimate and trustworthy company. Unfortunately, I was shocked to discover that my friend had a horrible experience.

I initially dealt with Tiarnan Carlin who helped me through the negotiations of my property purchase with the developers. He was really patient and explained everything in detail answering all my queries.I was then passed onto Chloe Walker to deal with the actual purchase process. Chloe was really helpful and again answered all queries I had. She checked in on me every couple of days either by phone or email just to ensure I was happy with how things were progressing and supported my communications with the legal team. Chloe was really professional but was also pleasant and easy to discuss things with.

This is our first time dealing with RWinvest and the process was quite smooth and the communication was efficient. Really good presentation of the off plan site and useful information to ease our minds in making this investment. Dealing with the solicitors got complicated at times but Rachael and Tiarnan were very good at following any questions/issues up in a timely manner. The main thing with investing from abroad and the time difference is quick responses to any questions and we were happy with the response time and the level of detail in the answers given.

Overall the pre-sales and after sales experience was very good. Very professional and knowledgable and understanding to my requirements and patience due to my restrictive timeline. On the after sale, Rachael was very good, responsive, informative, professional and a good understanding of all the working parts needed to complete the exchange via the solicitors. I have been in sales and global client service partner roles for many years in banking and capital markets, and in addition to product / solution specifics, people buy from people, so it was a pleasure to deal with the team to build a trusted relationship with my needs as the focus. Sales is both competitive and rewarding, so good luck to the Rachael and the team, an excellent experience and all very personable which makes a difference in continuing to consider the firm for future projects.

RWinvest publish advertisements on Rightmove at certain prices. However, those properties do not exist when enquired..it’s just a fake marketing scheme they use to attract people. Don’t fall for it.. if you fill out a request for a brochure, they will then spam your inbox and make calls to promote other expensive investments ..I have screenshots of few advertisements as proof..

Rachel was part of the after sales team for RW invest for an apartment that I have invested in. She was very easy to talk to not many jargons, laid out exactly what I need to do, she was proactive and organised and ensured that after sales part was a dream, liaised on my behalf with the solicitors and post exchange ensured I would be given regular construction updates on the property. Overall I found RW invest very organised and extremely easy to work with.
