GoogleShowed up to a house viewing and they didnt acc book us in when they said they did, had to ring and they showed up late with a poor excuse, after we rebooked it i wasn’t informed that they had given the property away - poor customer service, unapologetic and not willing to go the extra mile, this review is FACTS
I’m sorry to hear about your experience and apologies for the confusion but a contractor had not returned the keys which was out of our control so we rang and left a voicemail and emailed all the viewings we could not contact. Out of courtesy we actually came out to the property to explain in person. Unfortunately in the meantime the landlord decided to take an application from a tenant who viewed last week which we informed you about as soon as we could. We had 6 viewings on the property and 6 more booked in who we also had to cancel. I know it can be stressful trying to find a property in this busy market so if you call me at the branch I can add you to my list of tenants and help you find somewhere. GoogleVery good service house on market 3 hours 3 offers highly recommended would use them again nice friendly staff specially Kathryn Brookes who was great at making sure to inform me of the progress of the sale every few days and making sure that any delays are avoided thank you.
