GoogleTerrible service from the lettings team. Ignoring calls and emails. Waited 7 weeks for a working oven when we moved in. So far received a very unprofessional service. Would never have gone with Reeds if we knew we would have been treated how we have. They seem to forget whilst you are a tenant this is your home. We also have friends who rent from Reeds in the area who have received the same terrible service. Save yourself the stress and hassle.

GoogleAll staff were excellent. This was a difficult time for our family and with Covid as well. Proved extra difficult for us, but the staff were extremely helpful, compassionate and understanding. GoogleVery worst attitude and poor communication. Definitely don't sell properties with these people. They won't be able to sell them quickly.

GoogleHuge step up from our previous estate agent. Sophie oversaw our move and was on top of everything. I didn't have to wait days on end for responses to emails or call backs. She was lovely to speak to and knew exactly what she was doing. It was a nice change to not have to be the one who was chasing everything - she provided me with updates regularly. Their financial adviser, Gareth, is also a gent! Any problems are always sorted ASAP.

GoogleWe completed the sale of our apartment in Salford last month through Reeds Rains. We were extremely happy with the service provided by the Reeds Rains Salford team at every step of the selling process. They were friendly, efficient and informative, quickly finding us a buyer and regularly chasing matters up for us. In particular, Kath did a great job especially during the final stages in constantly following up with our buyer to speed things along. I would also commend Nick, Lewis and Ben for their valuable assistance with the sale. Finally, I should also mention Reeds Rains mortgage adviser, Curtis Maher, who did excellent work in securing our mortgage to enable the purchase of our next property. Very well done to the Reeds Rains Salford team!

GoogleThis place is a joke. They withhold critical information about listings and overprice their properties to the point where no bank will give you a mortgage will less than 30% deposit. Would never work with them again. Avoid.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWasted my time and money. I planned to take a day off work and drove an 8hr round trip to view a property. The agent seemed like he was in such a rush and couldn't get me out fast enough. He did not seemed bothered at all. After being told that our offer was accepted and they would take the house off the market once we paid for a surveyor to view the property and once we got a AIP. We sent the surveyor in and they day we were going to get the report back and AIP, we were told that we had been outbid and we would have to increase our offer, even though the people who put the new offer in didn't even have a surveyors report. Not only did I waste my time and money, the agent took his sweet time replying to our emails and didn't even answer all our questions. This is not an agent I will deal with again in the future.

GoogleMe and my partner have been letting in the area for 4 years and have always found the Reeds Rains to be the most friendly and helpful staff you could want to have on hand as a tenant. Special mention to the friendly and personal service from Haleema Sarwar and Stephen Yearsley who have always been there for us even when we had to move house and find another place with a landlord that would allow us to keep our husky. Really appreciate their work!

GoogleAs a landlord, I really can appreciate their always helpful, no-nonsense approach (to everything, from mundane administration tasks through licencing to addressing maintenance issues). Both Adrar and Steve are more than willing to go the extra mile if that's what it takes to reach a satisfactory conclusion - thanks again, and please keep it up :)
