GoogleThe Property Man has managed my Manchester Flats since 2017. Their team has done a fantastic job during these years. Both Rob and Wendy are competent professionals with, utmost responsible attitude toward customers. I want to express my deepest gratitude, especially to Wendy. She has direct responsibility to manage the flats. She is caring, and her performance is beyond my expectations. I am a buy and let investor and primarily resides out of UK. That was especially true during the pick of the pandemic. Property Man took care of flats, they let and relet them timely and duly, mange for repairments and took care daily issues raised by young tenants of six flats.

GoogleI have recently both sold and purchased houses via The Property Man and cannot recommend them enough. They took great pics/video of the house, carried out all viewings and couldn’t have been more professional. Kim and Jess kept me updated on all progress via a WhatsApp group and even recommended a really good solicitor to use which made the process even easier as they had an established relationship with them.

GoogleHands down the best estate agents I have ever come across. From the initial meeting with Kimberley, to the photos and video tour with Rob, to the viewings with Nathan and then the sale progression with Jess - it has been an absolutely fantastic experience. They are professional, responsive, patient and hardworking. The WhatsApp group they set up is a touch of class and makes communication so much easier. I would recommend, and have been recommending them, to everyone I know. Thank you all very much!

What a service we received from this team over the last 12 months having a nightmare selling our property with a turbulent market and time wasters pulling out we had it all and don't quite no what we would have done without these guys fighting for us and going to the trenches morning noon and night and quite often outside of work hours to get our deal done we couldn't have asked more of them and boy did they deliver!!! Highly recommend if you want a team who has your back 24/7 and dedication to the cause.

GoogleFollowing 12 months of my house being up for sale with another estate agent, and very little interest, I opted to change over to the property man. Kimberley came round and took new (much better) photos, a walk through video and advertised the house. Within days we were getting viewings which were all managed by Kimberley and Jess. We soon accepted an offer, but unfortunately the sale fell through. It was readvertised and another offer accepted within couple of weeks. Today we completed. Kimberley and Jess have been brilliant throughout the whole process, going over and above on many occasions. They stayed in constant contact both by phone and through a WhatsApp group, guiding us through the entire selling process. Their fees were very reasonable too. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

GoogleFrom the initial visit to the day of completion (which was today) has been everything we hoped and more. Rob took the photos which really showed off our property, Kim and Nathan handled the sale. The house went on sale on the Thursday and sold for full asking on the Saturday. We couldn’t be happier. We were kept in full communication throughout and the service was second to none. Would highly recommended and if we do sell again The Property Man is the obvious choice.

GoogleRecently sold my home with The Property Man and I couldn't be happier with the service received. They are a really professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic local team - you can tell they love what they do and they're really good at it. The property marketing was excellent and included video house tours, drone shots, social media clips etc as standard. The communication throughout was fantastic, the team sent regular updates and were always quick to respond to any queries I had. Jess really helped move things along when we encountered some issues with the buyers solicitors. I've recommended them to friends and family and would definitely work with The Property Man again in the future.

GoogleThe customer service from The Property Man is 10/10. We went in to enquire about viewing a property for sale and was greeted by a really friendly team who seemed genuinely interested in helping us. We arrange a viewing and the communication from start to finish was spot on. We were shown around the property by Rob and he knew the answers to all the questions we had about the property. It was refreshing to have such good customer service and we wouldn't hesitate buying or selling a property through this estate agents in the future.

Absolute first class communication and I thought the dedicated WhatsApp group was brilliant as you don’t always have time/can pick up the phone. I love that they do drone photos and also a video tour to help sell your home which stood out from other agents. Would highly recommend and thank you so much for all your hard work.

GoogleI have moved house 8 times and The Property Man is by far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with! Jess and Kim manage the process perfectly and communicate at every opportunity. The videos/ drones/ images for the property adverts are also much better than anything else available locally. Even the solicitors they suggest are the best ones I’ve used. I cannot thank you enough. If I ever move again, I wouldn’t risk using anyone else!

We didn’t have the best experience with our solicitor, but found that TPM helped to keep us informed and in the loop where our solicitor couldn’t. Everyone we dealt with from TPM was lovely, knowledgable and quick to work through actions. We couldn’t be happier and would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell 🙂

GoogleWorking with Kim, Jess and the rest of the team has been absolutely top notch from start to finish. I really valued the personal approach and speedy communication (the WhatsApp group was a godsend!) and I never felt like “just another client” at any point in the process. The team are knowledgeable, professional, warm, friendly, honest and were always beyond helpful, especially in those nail biting moments towards the end!
