GoogleI couldn't rate the property man estate agents more highly. They (Jessica and the team) were amazing throughout the whole process of our property purchase. We never had to chase for anything, Jessica responds to emails in a heart beat and they made all communication seamless. Thank you for all you have done!

FacebookFrom start to finish Kim, Kathryn and the team were amazing. We’d originally listed our home with a different estate agent but we are delighted we changed to TPM. The difference in how TPM did things was incredible. Such a friendly, professional team with so much knowledge and expertise. Kim was always there to answer our calls, texts and questions... nothing was ever too much trouble. A first class service, highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GoogleI have used Rob at The property man for the last 5 years for sourcing tenants for me in my growing portfolio of houses. Rob has been a fantastic help not only in finding and referencing and checking potential tenants but being a source of knowledge when things happen. I have put him in touch with 3 other landlords who now also use his services. I would highly recommend him to anyone renting out properties.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service. We had our house up for sale with another estate agent who didn’t do half the things The Property Man did. We had a video on You Tube within a day of listing and the use of the drone. Our house was sold and completed within 12 weeks. Great service and already recommended to two neighbours on our street.

GoogleDefinitely the best estate agents in the area. Fast and efficient sale securing over our asking price. Went above and beyond all the way through the process. In my opinion they took a lead position in managing the chain and knew which stage in the process each property was at. Kim took care of our sale from start to finish and was on hand at any point in time to answer our queries and help resolve any issues we had. I don’t think we would have gotten the support we did if we employed any other estate agent in the area. To top it off they were the most competitive on price. GoogleA little late in posting but I still feel the need to rave about this superb estate agent. We put our house on the market in June last year, and sold in less than a week. Initially, it was Rob who got the ball rolling, and later Kimberley joined the team and took up the sale, and we moved house within 10 weeks! We received a first class service from start to finish from The Property Man - both Kimberley and Rob’s professionalism, hard work and dedication meant that the process was as smooth and as quick as a house move can be. We also regularly spoke with the delightful Wendy over the phone. The use of mobile phone apps to keep the communication flowing and almost instant availability really helped with our sale. GoogleIncredible team to the point you feel very much part of it throughout. The WhatsApp group chat is great, quick updates and frequently went above and beyond out of hours too. Managed to get lots of interested parties throughout up until we found a buyer. 100% recommend these guys, best out there in South Manchester hands down.

GoogleCan't speak highly enough of the team at The Property Man. They've gone above and beyond what would normally be expected from Estate Agents. They were professional during our sale process, and great communicators throughout the conveyancing, in what proved to be a complex chain. We couldn't have met our deadlines for completion without them.
